Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide an inclusive community workshop where members can access tools, share knowledge, and collaborate on projects in areas such as woodworking, electronics, metalworking, and digital fabrication. We aim to empower people of all skill levels to explore, learn, and build.
About CGW
Columbia Gadget Works is a community makerspace in Columbia, Missouri, founded in 2017.
We provide tools, workspace, and know-how for people who like to build, tinker, repair, and learn in Central Missouri. From electronics and 3D printing to woodworking and metalworking, we are committed to making cool things.
Everything we do is member-supported. Dues and donations pay the rent for our shop space, buy and maintain shop equipment, and keep our weekly Open Hack Night free and open to the public – no membership or experience required.
CGW is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit and donations are tax-deductible.
